It is not in how fast you go at something in life, but the fact that you keep going despite the challenges and obstacles you may face. "Just keep Going" Each step you put in front of the other is getting you to where you want to go physically,emotionally,mentally, financially and spiritually. Whatever it is you are working on or towards right now. Know that the step you take that's right in front of you is the most important one. I'm sharing this because "I believe in you and your dreams". Just like I've climbed this mountain a many times before this time I climbed it with a hurting heart, heavy emotions of mine and others pain and literally a bruised up toe from kicking pads and dead muscles from Muay Thai. Instead of picking something easy I picked this bad boy. To stretch my muscles out and to 'feel the burn of the mountains impact on my already sore legs'. Spirit guided me here, I also did it bare foot. Why? Because I wanted to connect to the earth beneath me, I needed her support ,her nutrition (to help gut digestion/enzymes) and also her nourishing wisdom and easing of physical pain as the muddy path soothed my aching toe. I switched into this state that was so instinctual and one with the mountain as I connected my hands and feet with her. I was teaching my client that"to keep going" I want people to know there is medicine in the earth, in exercise, in nutrition, food, consciously choosing, I want people to know they have someone who gets the shit times but can still play music up the top of the mountain and boogy like a total childlike silly head to help people remember how to belly laugh and be uplifted, this was all pure genuine joy and bliss despite all that has been happening in life. "simply being in the moment allows us to access this joy. Regardless of the pain we may be experiencing." "Just because you feel pain doesn't mean you can't also simultaneously feel joy." Death teaches us... "where are we as the living not fully living?" What is it we need to really focus on and value in life? "Where are we or aren't we fully showing up?" ~unconditional love knows no bounds~ Forgiveness is necessary. Gratitude for what we do have.
